Delivery Time
Lamps are delivered by courier and typically arrive within 5–7 business days for the contiguous US. Spare parts are sent by standard postal service and typically take 7–10 business days.
Can I track my package?
Lamps shipped by courier include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Spare parts sent by postal service do not include tracking.
Warranty
All Goodnight Light® products come with a two-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the product's care and usage instructions.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, commercial use, or unauthorized modification of the product.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at shop@imdesignconcepts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
Returns
We want you to love your lamp. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original undamaged packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@imdesignconcepts.com to receive a return authorization number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@imdesignconcepts.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
LED Replacement
Our lamps do not use standard bulbs — they use high-quality custom-made LED circuits.
If your LED circuit stops working:

Within the two-year warranty period: Contact us at shop@imdesignconcepts.com with a copy of your receipt, your plug type (US), and your delivery address and phone number.

Outside the warranty period: Replacement lighting kits are available for purchase directly on our site.
