Welcome to Goodnight Light, the official U.S. website for Goodnight Light products represented by IM Design Concepts ("IMDC"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through the Goodnight Light U.S. website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that may harm IMDC, Goodnight Light, its website, or its users.
Product Information
IMDC makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, finishes, dimensions, and availability are accurate and up to date.
Due to differences in photography, display settings, materials, and manufacturing processes, actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
IMDC reserves the right to update product information, correct errors, modify pricing, discontinue products, or change availability at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Payment
All orders placed through Goodnight Light are subject to acceptance, availability, and confirmation by IMDC. Telephone or verbal orders are not accepted.
IMDC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that may prevent fulfillment.
Payment in full must be received before an order is processed and shipped unless alternative payment terms have been approved in writing by IMDC.
Orders are classified as Volume when any single item has a quantity higher than 10 units or the total dollar amount of the order is about $5,000, whichever comes first. Orders are classified as Custom when they involve any item not in our standard offering or include any alterations to one of our standard products. This includes but is not limited to changes to materials, finishes, dimensions, specifications, etc. Payment in full must be received before an order is processed and shipped unless alternative payment terms have been approved in writing by IMDC. Custom and Volume orders cannot be canceled once an order has been received. Custom and Volume orders cannot be returned.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines provided by IMDC are estimates and may vary based on product availability, manufacturer lead times, shipping carriers, customs processing, and other factors outside of IMDC's control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. IMDC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies to IMDC within 7 days of receipt.
Special Orders & Custom Products
Many Goodnight Light products are manufactured specifically for each order. Custom, modified, made-to-order, special-finish, or special-order products may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
Please confirm product specifications, finishes, dimensions, and quantities before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to the IMDC return policy stated below.
All Returns are subject to a 25%-50% restocking fee. All requests for returns must be requested in writing within 7 days after receipt of delivery. Product must be returned in salable condition, in the original packaging within thirty (30) days of receipt for credit to be issued. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and bears the responsibility for any damage incurred during return shipping.
Certain products, including custom, made-to-order, or special-order items, may not qualify for return or exchange. Custom and Volume orders cannot be canceled once an order has been received. Payments made toward custom, special-order, made-to-order, or volume products are non-refundable once production has begun. Custom and Volume orders cannot be returned.

Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to IMDC and are subject to approval. Once a confirmation has been provided, all orders are subject to a cancellation fee prior to shipping to the Client. Said fee will be determined based on time of cancellation, location of product (in transit from manufacturer). Fee may range from 10-25%. Custom and volume orders cannot be returned.

For standard stocked products, cancellation requests may be accepted at the discretion of IMDC prior to shipment.
Payments made toward custom, special-order, made-to-order, or volume products are non-refundable once production has begun.
Product Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product. IMDC will assist customers with warranty-related inquiries and coordinate with manufacturers when applicable.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Components which develop faults, not caused by client's negligence, within the 12-month guarantee period, will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Under no circumstances can IMDC or Goodnight Light accept liability for labor charges, on-site issues, out of pocket expenses or damage incurred by defects however caused. If a defect occurs during the guarantee period set out, you should report it in writing to whom you purchased the products within 7 days of the defect being detected (in any case within the guarantee period set out). Any discrepancies regarding quantity or type must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of the goods by e-mail, specifying the necessary details for immediate verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Goodnight Light website, including images, text, logos, graphics, product information, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to IMDC & Goodnight Light and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IMDC & Goodnight Light shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, delays in delivery, or the use of purchased products.
Third-Party Websites
The Goodnight Light website may contain links to third-party websites, including manufacturer or partner websites. IMDC & Goodnight Light are not responsible for the content, policies, products, or practices of third-party websites.
Changes to These Terms
IMDC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on the Goodnight Light website.
